About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Advisor who can sit credibly in the room with executives, ask the right questions, and help translate complexity into action.
This is not a consulting “slide role.”
It is a thinking, facilitating, and execution-support role.
You will work directly with leadership teams navigating growth, complexity, and transition.
Within 6–12 months:
• Clients reference you by name as someone who creates clarity.
• Leadership teams leave sessions aligned, committed, and energized.
• Priorities are sharper.
• Meetings are tighter.
• Momentum increases.
Requirements
You are likely:
A former operator, executive, or PE-exposed leader
Comfortable in high-accountability environments
Strategic, but biased toward action
Calm in ambiguity
Direct, but relational
Able to earn trust quickly in a room of strong personalities
You do not need to have “consulting” on your resume — but you must be able to think structurally and communicate clearly.
