My Story
Timothy Schokking is a strategic advisor to CEOs and ownership groups focused on one outcome: disciplined growth that compounds enterprise value.
He works with leadership teams at critical inflection points — scaling complexity, clarifying direction, aligning teams, and translating strategy into execution. His role is not to add noise, but to sharpen choices. Clear priorities. Aligned teams. Measurable performance.
Tim’s advisory work integrates capital allocation, operating discipline, and leadership development. Through structured planning processes, defined metrics, and executive coaching, he helps organizations convert strategic intent into sustained momentum and tangible value creation.
He holds a BA in Economics and Business from York University and an MBA in Corporate Finance and Innovation Management from McMaster University. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), he brings both financial rigor and leadership depth to the boardroom.
Earlier in his career, Tim held cross-functional leadership roles across HR, marketing, operations, and strategy at organizations including General Motors, SIR Corp, Van Hessen BV, The Cliner Group, and Lululemon. That operating breadth informs his advisory lens: value is created when strategy, capital, and people move in alignment.

He lives in Whistler, BC with his wife, daughter and dog, and works with clients globally.
