My Story
Over four decades, Otto has led and advised organizations through growth, operational transformation, and high-stakes decision-making. He held senior executive roles at Johnson & Johnson, Polaroid, and Glaxo, building deep experience across operations, commercial strategy, and organizational leadership. He later spent 30 years as principal of a boutique strategic consultancy, guiding strategic planning, leadership development, and performance alignment across pharmaceuticals, financial services, consumer goods, and family enterprises.
Otto is known for bringing clarity to complex environments — aligning people, processes, and priorities around measurable outcomes. His work focuses on disciplined execution, accountability, and long-term value creation.

A five-time Ironman triathlete and graduate of McMaster University (Honours, Kinesiology), Otto brings the same discipline and commitment to the finish line to every engagement.
