With more than a decade of experience across global and high-growth brands, including senior roles at lululemon and Left On Friday, Briar brings a practical operator’s lens to complex commercial systems. At lululemon, she worked within the company’s largest category, responsible for over $1B in annual revenue, shaping seasonal strategy and performance at scale. At Left On Friday, she led merchandising across eCommerce, retail, and wholesale, aligning product architecture with margin discipline and inventory productivity.
Briar is known for bringing structure to complexity — building clear frameworks, cross-functional alignment, and performance cadences that elevate both commercial outcomes and guest experience.
She holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing), a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology), and an MBA from McMaster University, grounding her approach in consumer behaviour, financial analysis, and strategic execution.
